The Straughn Extension Center is on the south side of campus, next to the Animal Sciences Building and across Shealy Drive from the Vetmed Teaching Hospital.

By Car: The parking lot around the center has spaces designated for Orange UF decals. Visitors attending an event should contact the manager of that event for parking instructions. All others visitors should contact the center manager, Bobbie-Jo Caron, for information on parking.
By Bus: RTS Campus Route 122 has two stops on Shealy Drive just yards from the center. between 7:30 and 5:30 M-F. RTS City Routes 12 (Reitz Union to Butler Plaza) and 35 (Reitz Union to Homestead) stop about .2 miles north of the center on Shealy Drive between 6:30 am – 2 am M-F. Visit Gainesville’s Regional Transit System’s website for details.
By Bike: Bike racks are located on the south side on the building.
